These changes will revert back to normal training schedule times as per this website following the summer break. If you are unable to train due to your normal class being amended please make up lessons at another dojo in our academy or catch up with extra lessons when summer training has finished.

Just an early warning no training on Friday 13th July at Letchworth as the school are using the hall that evening.

Just want to say todays grading was brilliant we thought the standard overall has really improved and everyone is working so hard. Well done and thank you to the instructors for giving up their Sunday.

Only a week left for the easter egg exchange get painting if you haven’t already, overall winner will be announced the week after Easter.

With Easter in mind next Friday Letchworth class will be running, we normally close on Good Friday but due to some missed lessons there we are opening as usual. Abbots Langley class will be closed for Good Friday.

No training on Easter Sunday, enjoy whatever your doing !
