Fridays at Breakspeare school , Abbots Langley. Training time is now 5pm to 6pm for all grades.
Classes on Tuesdays at Tanners wood hall will remain the same, 4.30pm to 5.30pm and 5.30pm to 6.30pm should you wish to attend this class
