We are snowed in up in Towcester and seems most of you are. If you know anyone that’s not on Facebook please spread the word.

On Thursday 12th October, Lawrence Elcock (6th Dan) will be teaching at the Harpenden lessons.

Lawrence was Sensei Owen’s instructor, and this is a great opportunity to train with a different and highly-experienced instructor.

Please come along if you can, as this will be an enjoyable and educational evening!

These changes will revert back to normal training schedule times as per the website following the summer break. If you are unable to train due to your normal class being amended please make up lessons at another dojo in our academy or catch up with extra lessons when summer training has finished.
