So happy to announce Myself, Maurice Glatzhofer and Michael Roberts successfully passed our Sandan (3rd Dan) grade today
A few punches to the face and a sweep fest followed by a beer in the sun to celebrate

Black Belt Grading, 29th April 2018
A big well done to our two newest Black Belts who passed their Shodan gradings today
Mandy Witherall and Hannah Brown
Mandy started with myself and Brian at Aerokick before taking up karate
Hannah started at our after school club at Thomas Coram
I know they are sore and have some bruises but they did it! Next time you see them give them some congratulations on this brilliant achievement. 😊🥋🥋
