MAINS
-Yassa marinated pork ribeye, spiced corn on the cob, sweet potato fries
-Vegan chilli, basmati rice & fresh guacamole (vg) *
-Tea & hop smoked haddock & leek fishcake, wilted spinach, poached egg & Hollandaise sauce
-8oz Owton’s hanger steak, chips, grilled tomato mushroom watercress & peppercorn sauce
-Chalcroft Farm beef burger, Smoked Applewood cheese, tomato, onion, tripled cooked chips

PUDDINGS
-Glazed Lemon Tart Fuller’s raspberry sorbet

Grading Sunday 22nd September 2019
(no lessons at Roundwood or Gadebridge)
Main Hall,
Harpenden leisure centre,

Tiny Tigers: 11am – 12noon
Main grading: 12.15pm – 1.30pm
Assessments: 12.15pm – 3.00pm

All Brown/Red belts and Brown/Double Red are expected to attend the assessments unless grading.
All Brown belts and above to bring their sparring equipment. Mitts, Helmets, etc.

If you haven’t handed in your up to date red licence books please bring to the grading with you.

Remember you can get a free 3 hour parking voucher from the swimming pool reception for the car park if you mention you are attending the Karate Grading.

Please DO NOT take pictures of the grading or film from the viewing gallery. It is against our child protection policy. There will be an opportunity at the end of the grading to take a quick picture, however other gradings might still be in progress so please leave as soon as possible quietly and with your rubbish.

If you are travelling from the Abbots Langley area to Harpenden for grading please be aware that St Albans Street Fair is on all day Sunday from noon. Thousands expected to attend. St Peters street will be closed and all surrounding roads will be busy.
